Delgani I – A World of Music

A World of Music opens Delgani’s 10th season with a collaborative celebration of music from around the globe, showcasing dancers from Eugene Ballet, violist Amanda Grimm, and didgeridoo master Stephen Kent. The program of works from every continent features music by Dvořák, Osvaldo Golijov, Jessie Montgomery, Zhou Long, Wynton Marsalis, Peter Sculthorpe, and Gabriela Lena Frank.

We offer five live performances in four cities:

  • Salem, Chemeketa Community College, Thursday 9/26 @ 7:30 pm ***

  • Corvallis, First Presbyterian Church, Friday 9/27 @ 7:30 pm

  • Portland, Historic Alberta House, Saturday 9/28 @ 7:30 pm

  • Eugene/Springfield, Wildish Theater, Sunday 9/29 @ 3 pm

  • Eugene/Springfield, Wildish Theater, Tuesday 10/1 @ 7:30 pm

  • Virtual, www.delgani.org/live/, both Eugene performances
